Acreage adaption
“My husband and I have contracted the services of Metric Design to complete two substantial renovations, the lower level of our home(2009) and more recently our kitchen.
"Timely service was provided by Tamara’s firm in developing and presenting design plans for both projects. The plans were developed with our personal tastes in mind and keeping in line with our budget. Once the plans were presented we were shown different options in terms of color schemes as well as a wide variety of samples for products to be used such as flooring and countertop, cabinetry, etc. Most of these products are readily available through Metric Design, where a large selection of samples is displayed in the retail location on Second Avenue. This makes the selection process so much easier than going to several different suppliers across the city.
Once our selection of products was narrowed down ( e.g. flooring) they were very accommodating and brought samples to our home to make the final decision. This is very helpful in visualizing the finished project. They then helped coordinate the sub-trades needed for the project.
They are knowledgeable, and confident in providing their professional opinion as to what would be functional, and aesthetically appealing but foremost they offer a wealth of innovative ideas. The staff at Metric Design are always very friendly and helpful. The team appears to share a common vision of customer service and satisfaction.”
