Come join in celebrating!

It’s time!! After a lot of work and fun our project Centric (Centennial & Metric) project is complete. What a journey. This home at 508 Lake Cres. in Grosvenor Park, has been a big undertaking, although we cannot be more thrilled with the finished product.

Some of the highlights for us are:

The exterior - the additions on the front of the house, new windows, upgraded materials, turn drab into fab on this facade
The stairwell - the open concept stair treads were ahead of their time, and we did all that we could to keep these beautifully in tact
The kitchen - wowza, we reconfigured the layout, tossed in massive doors and windows, and just flooded the space with natural light and incredible views
The ensuite - hello dream bathroom. We changed everything here. The before of this was non-existent, and now its INCREDIBLE with double vanity, double shower, and a freestanding tub
The laundry and mudroom - again created from nothing, we brought storage, function, and wow to these essential family spaces
The office - we added a series of stepped windows to create some interest to this little off-shoot of the master. Plus we paired it with a stencilled whale wallpaper to make it really fun.
