From the space that you live or work in, to the food that nourishes your body, and everything in between. We are excited to team up with Just For You Day Spa, Breathe Cycle & YOGA Studio, True Potential Health Saskatoon and Chef Jenni with SaskMade Marketplace to bring you a come-and-go night highlighting the many aspects of caring for your body!

Metric Design Centre will focus on the importance of a well-designed environment and the ergonomics of the space around you.
Just For You Day Spa will highlight the benefits of self-care. Mini massages and natural make-up tutorials will be provided - treat yourself!
True Potential Health Services will educate us on the brain and the effects of what we put into our bodies.
Breathe Cycle & Yoga Studio will be bringing a holistic approach to the mind and body through fitness and mental clarity.
Chef Jenni with Saskmade Marketplace is excited to promote the benefits of good nutrition and locally grown super-foods!

Admission is free, and the first 50 people to register will receive a Swag-Bag with a little something from all of our contributors!

Raffle & door prizes, cash bar, and deliciously light and healthy snacks available throughout the night.
